Chris Miller

Donor & Community Relations

A self-described “people person”, Chris enjoys engaging people from his hometown in helping our community through philanthropy. At the head of Donor and Community Relations, he has a range of various responsibilities. He works diligently to connect our non-profit partners with generous philanthropists to create a real impact in Oregon. Currently, much of his time is focused on assisting Eugene Mission initiatives.

Chris has applied his degree in Business and Communications to both volunteer and staff roles within non-profit organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals and the McKenzie Willamette Hospital Foundation, and currently holds a position as a member of the Eugene Family YMCA Capital Cabinet Campaign Committee. Chris was Executive Director of Emerald KidSports and an active fundraiser for student athletes at several high schools. Many in the community know him from some of his former roles - a Sheldon High School and University of Oregon quarterback, professional football player, and high school coach.

Chris enjoys spending time with his family, working out, attending a variety of events, training all levels of quarterbacks, playing golf, traveling to the Oregon Coast, going to church, and hanging out with his dog names George.
