Lisa is passionate about the community and her native Oregon. Lisa joined LD Solutions to be the mastermind behind Grant Management. With her long experience managing and reporting on large-scale grants for a myriad of organizations, Lisa is able to oversee the many grants LD Solutions is developing at any given time.

She has over two decades of experience in grant management, processes, and financial oversight of state and federal awards contracts. She has effectively developed processes and provided technical assistance to Oregon’s businesses and agencies to be successful with reporting, audits, and accreditations.

Lisa has held key management positions in private industry, Lane Community College, and most recently at the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network where she spearheaded a grassroots initiative for Latino business development with federal and global collaboration.

Lisa is a long-time serial entrepreneur and remains active in several projects on the side. She splits her time between Oregon and Mexico, where she appreciates the Latin culture. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, yoga, and sports.
